At Briggs & Riley, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its unused condition before sealing the box for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
